How to restore the factory default settings for VM300-H/L?

If you are unable to access the VM300-H/L configuration interface, you can reset the device to factory settings by following these steps:

Short-circuit pins 5 and 8 on the PD for approximately 3 to 5 seconds, then release the connection. The device will automatically reset to factory settings, as shown in the figure below:
