After VAP11N-300 is configured Static IP and disable DHCP service, why can’t log in virtual domain name http://vonets.cfg by computer?

After bridge is configured static IP and disable DHCP service, if computer is also configured static IP, then Subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server of computer are added manually, also DNS server must include IP address of bridge, then the virtual domain name configured page can be log in by computer.
