In VONETS device configuration interface, click the "reset" button, pop up an error dialog "keeper is disconnected". As shown below:

This is caused that the website is not responding, whether the user is encouraged to check the status of the connection to the computer VONETS normal, then refresh the page or the power to restart VONETS equipment.
